the rules of engagement. read them. they apply when you text us.
these terms ("terms") govern your access to and use of the fuse service operated by divine light labs, llc ("we," "us," "our"). by texting our number, visiting this site, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use the service.
who can use fuse
you must be at least 13 years of age to use the service. if you're between 13 and 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. by using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
using the service
use fuse for personal accountability and growth — not for anything illegal, abusive, or designed to break the service. don't:
- impersonate someone else
- attempt to access another user's account or messages
- send threatening, harassing, or unlawful content through the bot
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the service or its sub-processors
- use the service to spam, scam, or harm anyone
we may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
your content
you own everything you send fuse — your goals, your check-ins, your voice replies. by sending it, you grant divine light labs a limited license to use that content strictly to operate the service for you (process it, store it, generate replies, send drops). we don't use it for anything else and we don't train generalized ai models on it.
fuse is not therapy
fuse is an accountability companion, not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic service. nothing fuse says is professional advice or a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency intervention.
you're responsible for your own decisions and outcomes. to the fullest extent permitted by law, divine light labs is not liable for any harm, injury, mental-health episode, or other adverse outcome arising from your use of the service.
if you are in distress or in danger of self-harm, please call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. in the u.s., you can also dial 988 to reach the suicide & crisis lifeline.
communications consent
by giving fuse your phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated and ai-generated messages from us at that number — including daily voice drops, check-ins, reminders, and the occasional product update. message and data rates may apply. consent isn't a condition of purchase. text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. text HELP for help. you can also email bilal@divinelightlabs.com.
fees
fuse is currently free during the beta. if and when we introduce paid plans, the price, billing terms, and any refund policy will be presented to you in the bot before you're charged. you won't be charged without your explicit consent.
third-party services
fuse runs on top of services from anthropic, elevenlabs, sendblue, supabase, railway, and cloudflare. your use of those underlying platforms is subject to their own terms. we're not responsible for outages, content, or behavior of third-party services, but we'll communicate during incidents we're aware of.
termination
we may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice. you may stop using the service at any time by texting STOP to the bot or emailing bilal@divinelightlabs.com. upon termination, your data is handled per our privacy policy.
disclaimer
the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. we don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome in your life.
limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, divine light labs and its affiliates aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.
governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the state of wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in wyoming for any dispute arising from these terms.
changes
we may update these terms. when we do, we'll bump the "last updated" date above. continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
