privacy.

this privacy policy describes how divine light labs, llc ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the fuse service (the "service"). by texting our number or otherwise using the service, you agree to the practices described here. if you don't agree, please stop using the service.

what we collect

information you give us

• your phone number — required, since fuse runs over imessage / sms.
• your messages to fuse — every text and voice note you send the bot, including goals, commitments, check-ins, and replies.
• your name, if you share it — fuse may ask. you don't have to tell it.
• preferences — drop times, voice preferences, anything else you opt into.

information we collect automatically

• usage data — when you texted, what time, message length, how often. used to keep the bot working and improve scheduling.
• website analytics — when you visit this site we record anonymized cloudflare web analytics: page views, referrer, browser, country. no cookies, no cross-site tracking.

what we don't do

• we don't sell your data.
• we don't share your messages with anyone outside the sub-processors needed to run the service (listed below).
• we don't use your messages to train generalized ai models.
• we don't ship ad-tracking pixels on this site (no meta pixel, no tiktok pixel, no google ads tag).

how we use it

strictly to deliver the service: generate your daily drops, hold you to your commitments, schedule messages, remember context you've shared, send the audio to your number, and respond to your replies. plus the boring operational stuff — logging for debugging, monitoring for abuse, complying with subpoenas if we get one.

who else sees it (sub-processors)

fuse is glued together from a small set of vendors. each only sees what it needs to do its job:

• anthropic — runs claude, which generates the words of your drops and the bot's replies. messages and recent context are sent to anthropic per their privacy policy. anthropic does not train on api inputs.
• elevenlabs — synthesizes the voice. only the text of a drop is sent for synthesis.
• sendblue — sends and receives imessage / sms on the apple network. they handle delivery.
• supabase — stores your phone number, message history, commitments, and generated audio files.
• railway — hosts the bot's server. message payloads transit through railway's infrastructure.
• cloudflare — serves this website and our public api. provides anonymized analytics for the landing page only.

retention

we keep your data for as long as you're an active user, plus a reasonable tail for ops (debugging, account recovery, fraud prevention). you can ask us to delete everything at any time — email bilal@divinelightlabs.com and we'll wipe your account, your message history, and your generated audio within 30 days.

your rights

depending on where you live (california, gdpr countries, etc.) you have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your data, and to opt out of certain uses. exercise them by emailing bilal@divinelightlabs.com. include the phone number you use with fuse so we can find your account.

security

we use industry-standard encryption in transit (tls) and at rest (managed by our cloud providers). no system is unbreakable; if a breach affects you, we'll notify you per applicable law.

kids

fuse isn't for anyone under 13. if you're between 13 and 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

changes

we may update this policy. when we do, we'll bump the "last updated" date above. material changes will be announced in the bot itself before they take effect.
